Q. I received an email saying I'm blocked from Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and can't make requests. What can I do?

Please call our office at 864-656-5186 during our office hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 4:00) so we can look at your account and see what the problem is.

The most common cause of a blocked account is overdue ILL books. Once you return any overdue books, we should be able to unblock your account.
