Children and Young Adult Collections

books on shelf iconThe Children’s/Young Adult collection at Cooper Library is located in a browsable area on the 3rd floor. The Education Media Center (212 Old Main) also has a children’s collection.

You may request items from either location to be picked up at any Clemson Libraries location and can always return any item to any location. Find children’s items by searching the Library Catalog and limiting your results to “Children’s/Young Adult”. This searches both locations simultaneously.

  • Children’s/Young Adult - Cooper Library (pre-k to about age 18)
  • Education Media Center Juvenile - 212 Old Main (pre-k to about age 12)
  • Education Media Center Young Adult - 212 Old Main (age 12 to about age 18)

These items support ongoing courses in both the Department of English and the College of Education as well as employee and area family casual reading.  New materials are added each year and we welcome suggestions via our “Ask a Librarian” service.
