Q. What do I do if I forget my Interlibrary Loan (ILL) username and password?

Your ILLiad username and password are the same as your Clemson username and password that you use for accessing things like email or Canvas. If you forget your password, CCIT can retrieve or reset it for you. 

Please remember that your password is case sensitive.
