To request a DVD or CD
Log in to your
ILLiad account
Select the
Audiovisual
request form, fill it out, and submit.
To request microfilm
Log in to your
ILLiad account
Select the
Book
request form, fill it out, and submit.
If you are requesting microfilm of a newspaper, put the name of the newspaper in the Title field and the Author field.
