PASCAL Delivers:  services are back online and available to Clemson faculty, staff, and students. Visit https://clemson.libanswers.com/faq/100019/?m=p  to view instructions on how to request items via PASCAL Delivers. Once the items have been received you will receive a notification and they will be availablfor pick up in Cooper Library. Patrons can pick up requested items and holds in the lobby of Cooper Library during open service hours. Simply request your items via the library catalog and click the "PASCAL Delivers" button under How to Get It. You will get an email when your item is ready to pick up. Questions can be directed to cuill@clemson.edu.
 

Interlibrary Loan: Please continue to put in Interlibrary Loan requests through your ILLiad account (https://clemson.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html) and we will continue on our end to keep checking for available lending libraries as not all libraries having started lending their items. If there’s a hard copy text that you need that we cannot borrow from another library, we will always work with your library liaison  to purchase something.  Once the items have been received you will receive a notification and they will be availablfor pick up in Cooper Library.  Patrons can pick up requested items and holds in the lobby of Cooper Library during open service hours.
 

Scan & Deliver: We are still scanning articles and book chapters owned in print located here at Clemson Libraries, but we are asking that everyone log in to their ILLiad account (https://clemson.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html) to make these request until we can set up the service in the new catalog. We apologize for the inconvenience.
