Q. I'm having trouble installing EndNote, what should I do?

If you have trouble installing, unzip/extract both files to a folder first, before opening the installer.  If you are asked for a product key, it's because you didn't extract both the EN21Inst.msi AND the License.dat files first.  Do this, and try the installation again.
