Cooper Library Learning Commons
The Learning Commons @ Cooper Library is located on the third floor of Cooper Library. It aims to empower learners to connect and support integrative learning at Clemson University by providing easy access to academic and wellness support. These include the Writing Lab, Career Center, Pearce Center, Communication Center, and Center for Student Leadership and Engagement. Learners can take advantage of office hours/consultation hours to meet "just in time" needs. Learners can also attend workshops, events, and activities supporting research skills, academic writing, wellness, and career development within the space.
In addition, the Learning Commons provides peer research assistants, where students can ask research questions to one of their peers and receive help. The Learning Commons will also have a space for learners that supports collaborative, individual, private, and hybrid needs.
