How long will it take to get the material I requested through Interlibrary Loan (ILL)?

Answer

Physical items (books, DVDs, etc.) must be mailed and take 5 to 10 business days. Items coming from overseas may take up to 4 to 6 weeks.

Scans of journal articles or book chapters might take 2 to 3 business, although many arrive within 24 hours. Some articles coming from outside of the United States must be mailed due to copyright law in the country of origin.
