Can I cancel an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request once I've made it?

Answer

Yes! To cancel a request:

  1. Log in to your ILLiad account
  2. Find the request in the Outstanding Requests box
  3. Select Actions
  4. Click on Cancel Request
