The Special Collections Library is located on the ground floor of the Strom Thurmond Institute. It is home to Clemson University Libraries’ rare books, archives, and manuscript collections. These items require special care that cannot be provided in the main library.
The Library’s major purposes are to acquire these materials, make them available for use, and preserve their integrity for future generations of students and scholars.
You can find out much more about the Special Collections Library on their website.
