My Clemson username or password doesn't work. The message says they are invalid.

Here are a few suggestions to try first:

  • If logging in to My Library Account, be sure you are trying to log on to the “Active students, faculty and staff” section
  • Make sure your caps lock is not on
  • Make sure you are not using Google Chrome
