Why am I not able to get the mobile app for Rosetta Stone to work?

First, make sure Rosetta Stone works with your device - it requires iOS 10 or later and Android 5 or later.
Follow these steps in the order they are listed to set up your access:
- Download the "Learn Languages: Rosetta Stone" app from the App Store or Google Play but do not launch the app yet
- Use the Rosetta Stone link on our list of databases to log in from your mobile device
- Select “Rosetta Stone Library Solution"
- The appropriate lesson will launch automatically in the Rosetta Stone app
