How do I cancel a room reservation?

Check your email confirmation for the cancellation link
Once your booking is confirmed, an email is automatically sent to you with a link to directions and also a link to cancel your booking. See the screenshot below.
You'll then be directed to an online portal to confirm the cancellation of your booking. See the screenshot below.
