Instructional flyer, How to Use Compact Shelving. If you are looking for a book and the shelves are closed, turn the handle to open the shelves so you can get between them. Once the shelf is open, press the button in the center of the handle to lock it so no one else will move it while you are in there. Be sure to unlock the shelf when you are finished!
